Dedicated in providing the highest quality in event planning, meeting & conference management and catering services, our goal is to project the standards, integrity and image of our clients in all that we do.
We believe the design, choreography and execution of an event constitute a gracious, and oftentimes, strategic message on a client's behalf. Talented and highly creative, our firm combines complete and detailed event and meeting planning with high quality catering, food and beverage coordination.

Founder And CEO
Geetha S
Geetha is the Founder and CEO for The N-Group. She brings 26 years of experience in managing support functions such as client success, marketing & branding, catering & event management domains. She graduated from Osmania University and following graduation she worked with a book publishing firm for 17 years. She dealt with various authors, dealers, distributors, professors and handled client success teams. She is known for her marketing strategies and she does not stop her from having huge ideas which has earned her a reputation. She was an active member for Chiranjeevi Eye and Blood Bank and Prajarajyam Party. In 2006, she decided to start her own business "Naimisha Caterers", since then she has been providing catering services to the clients and she established The N-Group in collaboration of Naimisha Caterers & Naithik Event Management Services in 2018, she has been providing catering & event management services to the clients of The N-Group and she provides administrative management support to The N-Group.
Chief Founder And Managing Partner
Jincy V
Jincy is the Chief Founder and Managing Partner for The N-Group. She brings 9 years of experience in managing support functions such as human resources, front end & back end operations, banking ops, audits, operations management & marketing in B2B, ITES, KPO, Banking, Catering and Event Management domains. She graduated from Loyola Academy Degree & PG College and following graduation she worked with multi national companies such as Career Mentors, Hucons, Live Connections, HSBC & Amazon and dealt with various clients across the globe. She is the master of cool and a bundle of energy. She has worked as a free lancer for numerous event management agencies. While working with MNC's and free lancing for agencies, she began working on her customer service, client management, product development, marketing strategy skills. After 7 years of learning all she could about her skills, she decided to start her own business "Naithik Event Management Services", since then she has been providing event management services to the clients. In 2018 Jincy joined hands in collaboration of Naimisha Caterers & Naithik Event Management Services to establish The N-Group and with her enthusiastic management skills she has been providing services showing clients the best that The N-Group has to offer.
Business Development Head
Vamshi P R
Vamshi is the Business Development Head for The N-Group. He brings 12 years of experience in managing support functions such as Finance, Investors, Portfolio Management, Client Management, Operations Management, Sales, Branding, Marketing, Catering and Event Management domains. He graduated from Sri Krishnadevaraya University and following graduation he worked with multi national companies such as Tata Business Support Services, Apollo Group, Aliens Group and Shore Group Associates and dealt with various clients across the globe. He has worked as a free lancer for numerous catering and event management agencies. In 2018, Vamshi joined The N-Group and he has been highly effective in leadership and performance, and has a passion for building a long-lasting and sustainable client relationships backed by unmatched enthusiasm.
